Diseases and Trouble Mushrooms

Fungus disease problems must be resolved immediately in improving quality of the mushrooms.

This question is one that plays on the minds of prospective employers mushrooms before jumping into an exciting but challenging field of the mushroom. However, as an entrepreneur who wants to succeed and prosper, we need to know and have a problem that will emerge for easy to prepare in the future.

There are many causative factors that can contribute to disease and mildew problems are worked out and it can be divided into elements that can be controlled and can not be controlled. Elements that can be controlled here means operators can take steps to prevent and elements that can not be controlled usually from environmental factors.

Between the diseases that often hit mushroom growers are :

The fungus
attacks Jingga / Orange

Usually it is derived from rubber wood dust used in the media mix and to minimize the effects of mildew and infestation, make sure the steaming enough to kill this fungus from scratch.

Green fungus attack

Usually it comes from the soil and particles flying from the outside. Make sure the mushroom houses and media preparation area is clean and in proper working order as green fungus attacks also are among the frequently encountered by operators mushrooms.
  • Black fungus attack
  • Mite infestation on mushroom bags
  • Worm that thrives in the bag mushrooms
  • Maisilium growth stunted / damaged
  • Pests that often attack such as cockroaches, rats, insects etc.
As we all know, growing of mushrooms requires a clean environment and it is very sensitive to the environment. As a solution and precautions, an entrepreneur should undertake systematic work arrangements. The point here, work processes must also be taken into account from the beginning to end to ensure that the proceeds worth the effort and capital that has been issued.

Operators should be smart and take proactive measures to ensure successful project undertaken and obtain the desired result.

Mushroom Capital Project Initiation

Initial capital. The most frequent question asked by many of the Global Mushroom entrepreneurs and enthusiasts will mushroom, and today I want to share information about the cost of capital was needed.

For the first starter. The most delicious if there RM15k.
  • Make a barn (20 'X 25') with a capacity of 5.000 bags .= RM5, 000
  • Buy 5.000 bags bags mature mushroom (RM1.10) = RM5, 500
  • Capital and expenditure .= lain2 RM4, 500
  • Total Cost Total .= RM15, 000
  • Total income 3 months (5Kx0.05kgx6xRM7) = RM10, 500
In this case, employers pay back the capital at the barn last year and bought the bag mushroom capital. If he bought another bag of 5.000, then he will be the profit of RM4, 000. That income of RM10, 500 - RM5, 500 (purchase cost of the bag).

Income of RM10, 500 in earn if he sells up to RM7 per kg. If he can sell for RM10 or RM12, such as at night markets or market day, the sales will be higher. RM7 is the minimum price for wholesale. If we survey the night market, we will see prices at the night market there to reach RM13 to RM15 per kilo.

Just imagine if the entrepreneur can sell with those prices. Another one, just for working capital tu emergency plan only if there is no reason to RM4, 500 was no reason why the use tu to pay water bills, buy fuel and plastic wrap je mushrooms. And one more important, do not hire because, if the bag ... so far 5.000 we can take care of mom dad ... was not very difficult. For a small scale.

I suggest that employers may start with 1,000 bags first. No need to build a barn. Just buy canopy only on condition that, under the canopy of trees or bushes so that the canopy of the roast is cool
.
  • Buy a canopy (10 'X 10') = RM300 - RM400
  • Buy 1.000 bags mushrooms = RM1, 100
  • Cash flow = RM1, 000
  • Revenue 3 months (1Kx0.05kgx6xRM7) = RM2, 100
How to count the result = (Number of bags X mushroom harvest products each production X X The number of times the Purchase Price).

This information I obtained from my friend, Mr.. Zul of Mushroom Puchong, Malaysia and if interested to know more, you can register for the course which he recommended such a course of ads displayed.

MUSHROOM DISEASE

Control Needs To Be Done Immediately Before The Beginning Of Uncontrolled

The reason / problem is:
  1. It may be an infection of the seed when the seed injection made
  2. The injected seed stored for too long / old
  3. Dust the wood used for far too long
  4. Due to insufficient steam
This is an early indication to test my patience to continue to promote the cultivation of this mushroom project. I will improve in terms of cleanliness and control of insect pests.

Movement Maisillium

It appears that the movement is not very thick maisillium as I look at other penggusaha-penggusaha have a blog. Why can this be ye ..? There are relatively slow and uneven. Pictures were taken after the block was 20 days.
Wait and see how first ..

The solid density

Block density can affect the movement of maisillium. In the past, first do it, I block a little less dense and soft. There is also a much water. Second batch of this, I was more cautious. Bagging process that, I am ready to weigh. Estimated weight for a block is 800-850gram.

As the picture above, there are a lot of water because the neck is not pulled into the water and causes loosely gathered steam in the division. In addition the block is no solid enough.

This time, the block is tu not be weak seemed more energetic as before. Bagging process this time, I weigh to get the ideal weight of the block. But a bit slow to play this timbang2. For the expert already, no need want to weigh, you will be quite heavy block tu how gram. Right?
